Running Water Plumbing LLC Marks Three Years Serving Homeowners Across the Treasure Valley

Oct 20, 2026

The family-run Meridian plumbing company reaches its third year in business with a small licensed crew, round-the-clock availability and a written promise that customers do not pay if a repair does not work.

United States, October 20, 2026 -- Running Water Plumbing LLC of Meridian, Idaho has reached three years in business. The residential plumbing company opened in 2023 and now serves homeowners in Meridian, Boise, Nampa, Eagle, Star, Kuna, Caldwell and surrounding Treasure Valley communities. The company is licensed, bonded and insured under Idaho contractor license 074478 and keeps its phone lines open 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

The milestone reflects a business built around one local plumber and a trade he learned early. Founder and owner ColeBee Ransom began working in plumbing at age 14 alongside his uncle, a journeyman plumber who ran his own business. After high school, Ransom went straight into plumbing school, earned his journeyman certification and later obtained a contractor license so he could serve the community on a larger scale. Today he brings more than 14 years of hands-on experience in the Treasure Valley to the company he founded.

The company name carries a family story. "Running Water" was a nickname given to Ransom's younger brother by their great-grandfather, because the boy was always on the move. Family photos hang around the shop, and Ransom's wife has supported the business since its early days and helped shape the company it has become.

Over three years, the service list has grown to cover most of the plumbing needs of a typical Idaho home. Crews handle water heater repair and installation, including tank and tankless units, along with water softeners, filtration systems, drain cleaning, sewer camera inspections, sewer and main water line repairs, gas line work, garbage disposals, crawlspace inspections and bury hydrants. Bathroom work is a regular part of the schedule, and homeowners can turn to the toilet repair and replacement team at Running Water Plumbing for everything from a running tank to a full fixture swap, as well as faucet, shower valve, tub and shower replacements.

The company also works on homes before anyone moves in. Builders and homeowners use new home plumbing by Running Water Plumbing for code-compliant installs in new builds, and the same crew handles remodel plumbing when kitchens and bathrooms are rebuilt. For homes with in-floor heat, Running Water Plumbing radiant heating work covers service and repair for systems that show uneven heat, cold spots or slow response.

The company has kept its crew small on purpose. Every plumber is trained and licensed, and the team meets regularly to review recent jobs and share feedback. Crews work from a fully stocked service trailer and use professional tools from Ridgid and Milwaukee, with parts and fixtures sourced from suppliers including Ferguson, Silvercreek, Moen, Kohler, Pfister, Delta and Bradford White.

The way the work is done has stayed the same since the first service call. Technicians arrive on time, inspect the system, explain what they find in plain terms and get the homeowner's approval before starting. The company stands behind a simple guarantee printed across its website and business profile: if the problem cannot be fixed, the customer does not pay.

Homeowners who want to stay ahead of problems can join the company's annual maintenance plan, which includes a whole-home plumbing inspection, a water heater tune-up and priority scheduling.

That approach shows up in what customers write. Published Running Water Plumbing reviews on Google describe technicians who arrive when promised, remove their shoes before entering a home, explain repairs clearly and clean up the work area before leaving. Several reviewers mention calling the company back for a second job.

"I learned this trade from family, and I built this company to treat every home the way I would want mine treated," said ColeBee Ransom, owner of Running Water Plumbing LLC. "We are not out to be the biggest name in town. We would rather be the team you call again and the one your neighbor tells you about. Three years in, we are still growing for our community, not our egos, and we still keep the same promise we made on day one. If it does not work, you do not pay."

Looking ahead, the company plans to keep its focus on residential plumbing in Meridian and the wider Treasure Valley, with the same small, licensed crew and the same 24/7 availability that carried it through its first three years.

Andrea Atzeni optimistic Crimson Flash will relish rise in trip in Group Two Premier Bowl

Andrea Atzeni is confident the rise to 1,200m will suit Crimson Flash when the classy sprinter chases a career-best victory in Sunday’s Group Two Lukfook Jewellery Premier Bowl at Sha Tin. After recording four wins in a strong second campaign in Hong Kong, Crimson Flash was sent off the $5.6 third favourite in his return but found the 1,000m too sharp when fifth to Colourful King in the Group Three National Day Cup. Atzeni said the Mark Newnham-trained gelding also didn’t appreciate being...

Wales, Australia, managing David Silva all part of Sha Tin coach’s rich tapestry

Tom Ballantyne was playing a pre-season friendly for Welsh club Monmouth Town when he “got clattered” and sustained a tibia plateau fracture. “I broke my knee joint, essentially,” Ballantyne said. “I never played again”. So began a life investment in coaching that would see Ballantyne stacking supermarket shelves overnight, then spending long days on the grass. He has been employed by Cardiff City and Aston Villa, and managed in three of Australia’s six states. The Englishman was the man Jim...

Milicic also recently took China to fourth place at the Aichi-Nagoya Asian Games in Japan after losing 2-0 to North Korea in the semi-finals. “After...

Local pair’s brush with Hong Kong Open history a sign the sport is flourishing

There was a moment on Thursday when history looked like being made at the Link Hong Kong Open, and while forgiving greens and some generous pins meant normal service was later restored, the glimpse on offer was of a local game in rude health. For the first time since the tournament began in 1959, two Hongkongers – Isaac Lam and Matthew Cheung – briefly sat at the top of the leaderboard at six-under-par. By the end of the day they were far from alone and further down the field than they might...
