AI-powered company to showcase live phone answering and direct ordering technology to independent pizzerias and restaurants across the Southeast
Orlando, United States, October 12, 2026 -- VoiceBit AI, an AI-powered company that combines AI voice technology, direct web ordering and customer relationship tools to help restaurants grow revenue and ease the customer journey, will bring its AI phone answering and direct ordering technology to the Pizza Tomorrow Summit & Florida Restaurant Show, taking place October 25–27, 2026, at the Orange County Convention Center in Orlando. Attendees can visit VoiceBit at Booth #659 throughout the three-day event for live demonstrations of its technology.
The two shows are co-located in North Hall B, bringing together pizzeria operators through the Pizza Tomorrow Summit and independent restaurant owners, chefs, foodservice professionals and other hospitality businesses through the Florida Restaurant Show.
For VoiceBit, the event is an opportunity to connect with the independent restaurant operators at the core of its business. By participating in both shows, VoiceBit will demonstrate how restaurant-specific AI can address everyday operational challenges across pizzerias and other independent establishments, especially when staff is busy and phone calls go unanswered.
“Independent restaurant owners are looking for technology that solves real problems, not technology for technology’s sake,” said Jay Patel, Co-Founder and CTO of VoiceBit. “This event gives us the opportunity to demonstrate exactly what VoiceBit can do in a live restaurant scenario and show owners how AI can answer the phone, interact with customers and complete an order.”
At Booth #659, VoiceBit will offer live demonstrations of how their technology can:
Answer calls and handle customer questions
Take phone orders and capture order details
Help reduce missed calls and lost orders
Adapt to a restaurant’s menu and ordering workflow
“Our goal has always been to make AI practical and accessible for the restaurants that need it most,” said Hitesh Kenjale, Co-Founder and CEO of VoiceBit. “Being able to meet independent owners face-to-face and show them how VoiceBit can become an extension of their team is an important part of how we continue creating technology around the real needs of restaurants.”
This opportunity is especially relevant as restaurants continue evaluating ways to use technology to improve efficiency while maintaining customer service. VoiceBit's participation at both events allows the company to demonstrate its approach directly to operators and gather firsthand insight into the challenges restaurants face when managing phone orders and customer communication.
The Pizza Tomorrow Summit & Florida Restaurant Show will take place October 25–27, 2026, at the Orange County Convention Center, North Hall B, in Orlando, Florida. VoiceBit will be exhibiting at Booth #659.

Officials at the Asian Para Games in Nagoya played the wrong national anthems three times this week, prompting the mayor to apologise just weeks after the city hosted the mishap-plagued Asian Games. The Asian Para Games are taking place in the central Japanese hub city through Saturday, featuring around 4,000 athletes and officials in 18 sports. Nagoya mayor Ichiro Hirosawa apologised on Wednesday for the latest error, which occurred despite officials’ pledges to implement steps to prevent...
David Eustace is plotting a path towards the Group One Lightning Stakes (1,000m) at Flemington and Royal Ascot with super sprinter Colourful King, with his run at Sha Tin on Sunday being a fork in the road in terms of seasonal plans. The Blue Point galloper surged up to a rating of 110 when making a mockery of a smart field in the Group Three National Day Cup (1,000m) on return, flashing clear with the minimum of fuss in the closing stages. His higher rating means options are becoming more...

Around six years ago, during one of his 105 visits to China, Steve Bellis was approached by a Scotsman at a British Council function. “He said, ‘Remind me to tell you my Stockport County story before I leave’,” Bellis said. “I said, ‘Hang on a minute, I do the Stockport County stories around here’.” The president of the high-flying League One club, which he first joined 37 years ago, Bellis does indeed boast an endless stream of tales about his beloved Stockport. The man from Glasgow’s was...

James, 41, launched his quest for a fifth NBA championship with 14 points and seven assists in a 106-100 defeat of the reigning champions at Madison Square Garden. But despite an encouraging first win in a Philadelphia uniform, James was keeping his feet firmly on the ground. “It’s going to take some...
