During the period of lockdown, most home cooks tried to turn their cuisines look like restaurants as they always had before the time of the COVID19. People learnt many skills during this period and some of those turned extremely different.
Surat, Gujarat Jul 6, 2021 (Issuewire.com) - It was the end of March 2020, COVID19 lockdown time almost started all over India, almost everyone except the essential working people, no one in the country was allowed to move outside of their homes. This was the time when most Indians found out how capable they are all at the specific skills which were hiding somewhere within them.
The Internet as we all know is now a medium for everyone us which connects from every corner of the world, this one good sign where people can learn more about food, culture, art, traveling places and new things which are about to change the human lives in coming time.
Nilesh & Nisha Patel a couple from Surat, are one such example who turned the way regular meals into a new version of meals which tempts more and attracts the crowd towards the gourmet version of Home-cooked meals. What they believe is "If you present your meals in a more attractive way, your food is going to taste even better, as people love to enjoy their food with their eyes first. Colors are one such thing that creates more temptation.
"We understood, there is a huge potential in creating the recipes differently and people sure do love to try new things and at the same time, they are eager to learn & come up with new ideas. We tried to take this as an opportunity to move forward by doing things differently. Throughout the timeframe from the days of Lockdown 1.0 till now, we tried bringing as many cuisines from all around the world to our table. Recipes that we presented are recreations of our own, we combined, blended, matched with other recipes to make them more tempting, delicious, and look elegant on the table when they're served. We decided to deliver it the way we create it at home the same way we cater to it. We soon started to give tutorials through online mediums to people on how to create great meals, how they can present them on plates, and how those meals can create temptations. As we have always believed, if your food is served and presented well, they taste even great."

'We have traveled a lot in 20+ years and it was always a great experience for us as we always traveled on our own, this helped us to understand a different culture, food, creations, arts and for us, it always brought a moment of joy we can always cherish whenever we think of how we explored those places & food. When we watch YouTube or any of the Food Channels on the TV where there are new explorers who explore other parts of the world, experience local cuisines, we start to rebuild our memories with it; this helps us to recreate new menus every weekend for our own table for our esteemed customers."
